clean hotel polite staff convenient location

The hotel was clean. I noticed that the housekeeping maintained a very high standard. The staff was super polite and always ready to help! I appreciated the convenient location as it made exploring easy.

The cobbled-stone streets nearby are a bit tricky for luggage.

basic facilities unfixed faucet

the staff were friendly, and the location was acceptable, though the facilities were quite basic.

There was no kettle or tea and coffee facilities, i had to ask for hot water each time. It was inconvenient. the sink faucet wasn't fixed. It swiveled until i complained. something so basic should have been checked.
